Enterprise Plugins

Available in Enterprise 3.3.0+. Plugins add administrator-installed native functions and scoped FUME mappings. Native implementations run in managed child processes; mapping evaluation, FHIR connections, authorization and diagnostics stay with the server.

Start with Quickstart and Examples and troubleshooting. Use Manifest reference, Author types and Signatures and data when writing an artifact. Use Scopes, Native callbacks and HTTP routes to choose its exposure. Operators should read Configuration, Bundling and deployment and Runtime limits.

Install immutable artifacts and restart to apply changes. Plugins are trusted administrator code, not a tenant-isolation boundary or hostile-code sandbox. There is no marketplace, automatic npm installation, upload endpoint, live reload or plugin administration UI.
