$min

$min(array) -> number
Compact type signature<a<n>:n>

Source: JSONata

Documentation

Returns the smallest numeric value in args.

If args is undefined or empty, the function returns undefined. Pass a numeric array or numeric sequence here; the registered signature is numeric and the implementation delegates directly to the JavaScript minimum calculation.

Examples

Minimum allowed amount

This example uses the claims-lines example input. The expression projects every allowedAmount value and finds the minimum.
